For example, a pump track for running wheels cannot be compared in terms of cost with a professional facility with numerous jumps and curves, regardless of the size, the construction effort is decisive. We have made the experience that even for larger communities the costs for a pumptrack are far below what would have to be invested in a new soccer field, for example.

Clearly, the durability and all the other benefits that come with it. Asphalt pumptracks are extremely low maintenance and do not require much upkeep. The facilities are very durable and, accordingly, resistant to most types of vandalism. A key advantage that is often not directly recognized is the low noise pollution of asphalt pump tracks. With a noise emission of about 80 DB, the pumptrack is much quieter than, for example, tennis courts or soccer fields.
